Troubleshooting on Helix

Hi guys,

I'm new to Helix machine.

My customer has one Helix machine which has no video output (Dark Screen with no Video input message on screen) after 5-10 minutes of power-up every time.

I figure out the fan of graphic card is not spinning, so I replace it with a new one and power it up again. After power-up the screen shows messages as below, and shows "Prog. Disconnected" in lockup menu.

Is this Prog. Disconnected due to I don't connect the Paltronics SEI board with SAS? Or does it have any other we should discuss?

The screen show only messages with grey background and showing no Game Themes, is this normal? How can I get it back to game screen?

Prog disconnected means it’s not connected to progressive controller
