WMS BB2 Printer Harness

Hello All   I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the printer harness for a BB2. I am getting a paper jam error but I cant feed the paper. There is nothing plugged into the front of the printer at that 3 pin plug. I am unsure of what harness is needed just for basic use. The printer does light up I am thinking something is missing.

It would be helpful if you told us what model printer you have.
If it has a blue handle on the right, lift it up, then feed the paper.
Also, the paper only goes in one way...the small, short black line facing up.

Sorry about that  It is an Epic 950 transact. It is blue and the door to feed the paper opens up in the middle. Attaching pics hopefully they come through.

Okay...turn OFF the machine.
Hold the little raised silver button on the printer with a finger from your left hand.
With your right hand, turn ON the power switch.
Continue to hold that button until the printer prints a sheet of information.
Take a photo of that and show.
The info on the printed paper will contain some clues.

Thank you for the help. I re-did the paper to feed better correctly....I also did what you said with the button and it feed paper and printed. Of course that slip is in the game room and I didnt have my phone. The printer is now working!!! Thank you again.
