IGT S/Plus Tournament machine question
« on: August 24, 2026, 06:47:12 pm »
Question:  I have 2 IGT S/Plus machines that are set up for Tournament mode.  (More line hits than not, have many times got 2 jackpots during the 10 minute timer.)  I looked at the chips on the MPU, and they all have the same EEPROM and game chip numbers, etc.  BUT.....the one on the right 90% of the time whoops the other machines rear!  Is it just dumb luck, or is there something else going on to make one typically pay out more often than the other?

Just really a curiosity question.. When we play them, I always let her choose which machine she plays.  If she picks the one on the right, I know I'm a goner!

Try swapping the boards and see what happens.
Quality doesn't cost. It pays.
