Game King No Sound 3802 Board

Hi, I recently picked up a Game King with 3802 CPU, it does not have any sound. I'm new to 3802 boards, I've reseated the sound board, increased all sounds in settings to maximum and I'm not getting anything.

Any ideas would be appreciated, I suspect the sound board has issues but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Check for bent pins very carefully. It's easy to install that board a pin off...
You should get legacy sounds without that board. If not, check you amplifier and wiring etc.

Thank you for the suggestions. I removed the sound board and I still don’t have any sounds. Where would I find the amplifier?

Problem found, it looks like a mouse had a bite to eat and one sound wire was disconnected.

That is a classic problem that some people would forget to consider! Great find and a lot easier than replacing an amplifier!
