VFD settings or options?

VFD only displays " Play 2 Credits" and "Insert Coin". My other S2000 shows Credits, wins, and payout as well as bills accepted. Is this a setting, chips, or board feature? 9
Current board is a 500 with SG000363 game chips, a stepper base SB100661, and a V8008GX0 version chip.

The version chip is the difference VS011GX1 is for multi denom which also displays the cash value.

As "RB" stated the new version chip fixed my VFD display issue. Please consider the issue resolved.
