Lemmie see if I can help ya.
1st, take some photos of the back...that'll help you when you put it back together.
Unplug everything then start removing the nuts that secure the plates for the that large black metal surrounding front plate, the button panel and the player tracking plates.
Now, you may need help with this part...there's four large screws at each corner of the LCD that hold the whole LCD unit to a frame.
Remove the two bottom ones first, then get someone to help hold the LCD unit as you remove the top two screws.
I can do this myself as I've done this plenty of times but for the 1st time, I'd suggest you have some help...the LCD unit is kind of heavy.
Once you get it out of the frame, you can lay the LCD unit flat down on a towel on a table, and start removing all the screws that secure the back cover panel.
Like I said, take pictures so you'll have some reference how it all goes back together later.
