IGT Fortune I / 701 video poker — missing HOLD text on card 4 only

I have a IGT 701 Fortune 1 video poker, I purchased off facebook marketplace, I don't have any history how the machine worked, Chris fixed the monitor chassis. I have the machine running with two issues to fix: Game plays. Coin in, deal, holds, draw all work.
Hold 4 works (Blind Label) : interface LEDs show the correct Hold 4 code (1+4+8). After Deal → Hold 4 → Draw, card 4 stays. Holds 1, 2, 3, and 5 also work and show HOLD above the card. Card 4 never shows the word "HELD" but Holds and Cancels card— the area above the card is not faint or wrong color, the first 2 cards show "Held" in red the 3 & 5 card have white "Held", all cards show normal Red & Black. I reseated and cleaned with eraser all socketed chips on the CPU.
2nd problem is no sound, but I have a sound card.
