WTB- Monopoly Slot Machine OR Pieces To One

WTB- WMS Monopoly Games- prefer the Advance To Boardwalk or Roll To Win 550 sitdown machines,,, But let me know what you got.

Ok guys I know that some fellas have kinda beaten this one to death on the old site and some guys think that all the games are gone but I just got a crazy lead that proves there still out there, so figured I ask here to

So here's the story of the lead I just got-
A fella calls me for parts WMS 40x parts, we get to chatting and he mentions that a local scrap yard had recently taken in a ton (talking hundreds) of old WMS 40x and 550 games, along with other old games, in and were going to crush them.
Guess what was in the pile,,, Several 550 Monopoly games!!!
Long story short I called the scrap yard the very nice lady confirmed they got in a large load of slot machines, and while she didn't know anything about machines confirmed that Monopoly was there.
Unfortunately the were all crushed last month  pretty much broke my heart.
Anyway kinda kicked up my search for one again.
So let me know what ya got.

I know 1 casino that sends a lot to scrap yard  and  someone stays till everything is crushed , anything they can use in other  slots is removed  boards , p/s, monitors, dbv ect , pic are taken and send to  who  ever made those games, and casino  gets trade in credit

I think all or at least most of the major slot machine manufacturers do not want these old machines around once the USA casinos are no longer interested in them. The manufacturers probably feel that getting rid of old machines encourages the purchase or leasing of new machines. There's the worry that the older machines could be shipped overseas where they would still have a lot of years left and that would hurt sales of new machines. A lot of people believe that in some industries there is a thing called planned obsolescence, where the manufacturer doesn't want the product to be around forever, they want you to buy another one every few years, like with tv's, washing machines, dishwashers, etc even if the old one is still working just fine.

A lot of titles are licensed to game manufacturers by the companies that own them, Wheel Of Fortune for example, and must be destroyed or returned to the manufacterer when pulled from service. Secondary markets outside the country have very little play in the descision making process of a casino that owns it's machines. They all follow contract stipulations and profit margins.

Normally I would agree with you guys, that getting parts from a scrap yard would be nearly impossible.
But this is in a small town and the machines get brought in and just left, the last load sat for months,,, I missed them by just a smidge 
She said they still get them in quite frequently and will call me the next time they get a load of them.
I'm not gonna share where this is, because I would like them to keep there standards relaxed in hopes of saving some sweet old games.

I'm not gonna hold my breath in hopes of finding a Monopoly game, seeing how most of the games scrapped are probably gonna be S2000 and stuff like that, but I will keep looking

Good luck with this!  You could score some real treasure, even if it is just spare parts that you remove. I wonder if the casinos in your part of the world are updating their slots, or maybe a couple of them are shutting down? I've wondered what happens when places like the Las Vegas Club and Plaza (Vegas Fremont St area) are on their last legs and get rid of inventory or machines they have stored in warehouses.
