I will say when they were listed I pm'd the new member.  Won in a Bally Raffle-First I had ever heard of any such but anyway He stated He was in Ohio and would take 17,500 for both if that helps.  Went by/posted the name Josh.

If they are new, Actually it is.  Granted they are not "heavy hitter" games but they cost about that for 1 in this type.  I was interested for conversion purposes but the price did not dictate it, Just really need some shells-I have all the other guts for most of them.

Awww...I get it now! I'm mildly curious about these machines myself. I know IGT has given machines away in a drawing at a employee Christmas dinner, but they were not brand new.

New gaming machines cannot be shipped 100% working due to local, state and DOJ regulations. Sometimes just the software is removed or MPU (engine) is removed and shipped separately to satisfy that rule. Trucking companies report "missing trailers" all the time (stolen or Hi-Jacked). Forward Air has had 3 in the last 6 months.

It appears that the first machine is missing the engine. Upper monitor and ideck show no input and I see the 7-segment display flashing or lit up zeros and not "periods". "Periods" would indicate the segment device was installed by the engine drivers.

 The topper IS lighting up and displaying the "777" imagine because it is being driven by a device called a "CoolSign". The CoolSign is self contained with its own power supply which explains why you see an image on the topper, but nothing on the game video.

Those machines "new" run about $18k for the PRO 3Reel and $20k for the PRO 22/22. Thats with the $1200 topper options (each).

But maybe the seller has a DOJ certificate and BOS from Bally and hasn't had a chance to post pictures yet....
