It might need a new power supply board also..

not sure yet untill i can get this board,,

please let me know if you know of any one or any where i can get these boards.

If that board isn't burned on the back have you considered replacing the bad parts on it? Could be something to try in case you have trouble locating another board.

It has burnt traces on the back side of it.

I haven't tried looking for one but there are guys here more familiar with the old Bally machines than me.
Below is the drawing and part list in case you need it. Since it isn't a big or multilayered board you may be able to run jumpers for the burnt traces.

Looks like the Bally name for it is the Delay Relay board.

I've never seen a hopper relay board do that before. Make sure your hoppers fuse is correct 5amp, and that your hopper spins. If you don't fix the problem, you take a chance of doing the same thing to the replacement board.. Make sure your power cords in good condition, since your hopper motor runs on 110v.

The guy I'm fixing it for layed it on its back with the hopper full of quoters. And did not take them all out befor he turned it back on. I found about 10.00 in change be hind every thing in there .

so im not sure if it damaged any thing else..

it powers on now that i took all the change out of it that i can find,

just get lights thats it because that hopper relay board is out and its telling the machine there is no hopper in it to work

im guessing...

any chance you could repair the damaged board enough to use it for troubleshooting, to make sure the rest of the machine is ok? Is the delay action really necessary, can this board be jumpered to cause the relay to come on all the time so machine powers up immediately?
