Power Supply is only putting out 1/2 of what's needed

Where is the best place to get a Power supply for a S-Plus  machine. 110v or is it possible just to get the transformer that is what burnout.?  Any information would be helpful because radio shack is only thing I have Here and I don't think they have one in stock:} Power Supply testing of volts from the front at that fuses.  I have three fuses holders the top one.is 24v I use a volt meter and tested it where the fuse goes.  And my reading was only 11 volts.  The other two fuses tested OK.  Only the 24 v was only putting out 1/2 is this normal?  I have a IGT S-Plus with 1048 chip, 110 v               :thank_you:

I would test at the motherboard connection from the power supply
If you are getting 8-10V AC and 24V AC you should okay.

Also the power supply in the S+ only outputs AC and is not regulated
All the AC is converted to DC on the MPU
