I just ordered these batteries for a friend. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the packaging.
CAUTTON ?
What I made out from the pictures is that you're supposed to drink wine, and then throw your batteries into a fire. Then, call a really long number for more "in formation."  :rotfl:

That number isn't for information, it's to get your batteries in formation, like troops on parade. It would be funny, but it's China, everything is in formation there I guess...

Bought my son one of those cheapo mini rc helicopters a few years ago.. After the 5min charge and the 2min fly time, it broke, I then noticed the warning label.. Funny shat!

I wished I had saved one set of instructions I had. I don't even recall what it was for but it said, for replacing the battery, "open cover and pour out old battery."
