Player Tracking Panel / Bracket

Ok, so I purchased 2 Player Tracking Panels & Brackets for my 2 Game King Cabinets. One is a 3902 Model the other is a 044 Model if that matters.
The player tracking panel is the correct size 12 + Inches. The Brackets they sent are 13 + inches and do not have the same cut-outs for the display number pad etc....
 
Are there special Brackets for this player Tracking Panel? I sure hope so as the ones I purchased and the ones removed form machines will not work that I can see (cut outs are different also). I hope It is so simple I get to feel foolish 
I have included a couple of photos. Hope they help. Any advise or help I do appreciate. Can't wait to feel foolish as most of this stuff looks more difficult that it is.

There are variations to those panels. Not sure if it had to do with what year it was made or whatever, but unless I'm buying blank covers I try to buy the back bracket and cover panel as a set to avoid the mismatch you have. The price doesn't generally change much if you ask for the back bracket with it

Right, I purchased from Rudy's. I looked at the descriptions of the Panel & Bracket but not close enough at the length of the bracket that just won't work. I have been back to there web-site to look for proper bracket but can't see what I need. I will call or send message tomorrow. If someone has 2 sets that will work I am Interested. I don't think I will be able to resolve by going back to Rudy's.

I don't know crap about gamekings in general, but it seems like I read somewhere that they made the cabinets a little wider as the video screens got bigger. That might be your issue, or might not, but it may be a starting point to get the right part

Seems there is a coule/few different configurations in S2000 cabinets. I know it's a pain. We've gone to a generic cover plate (black or chrome/plastic), but you still need the correct mounting bracket.

Measure your opening for the bracket, but give a more definite number than 12+.

Ok, just to clarify. I have 2 Game King 17" Round top Cabinets. The measurement from Printer to right side of cabinet is right at 12 & 13/16. The Tracking Player Panel Rudy's sent me fits. The Bracket is way off at 13 & 15/16 and not even close to lining up with the 2 mounting holes on cabinet. I hope may be U can help. I can send more pictures. The Tracking Player stuff I purchased at Rudy's lists player tracking panel as 12 & 1/2 inches.
