2x 11 round magazines for Taurus PT-100/101

So, the state of California has determined that, while it is legal for me to own "high capacity" magazines (over 10 rounds), the magazines themselves are deemed to be a "public nuisance"  and are subject to "confiscation and summary destruction". 
What a load of BS this is; it's ok to have and use them, but they can and will be confiscated and destroyed on sight. Talk about a contradiction, it just goes to show you what happens when legislators write laws on subjects they have zero knowledge about. 

So, the 2 magazines that came with my PT-101 are now up for sale. Cheapest price I can find online is $21.55 new at Cheaper than Dirt, so they're up for sale at $10/each ($15 for the pair) + shipping. No sales inside California (that would be a felony  ), the only legal way to dispose of them is out of state and to a state that allows +10 round magazines (unless "confiscated and summarily destroyed, that is! ).

Separate the follower, spring from the body. Ship it in three separate  boxes to 3 different address of friends.? Stick a fishing hook on for the xray.

We are stuck with 15 rd. mags. But, we are Grandfathered so, it doesn't matter what capacity they are.
Only new sales are affected with the 15rd. or less.

Not sure what the point is here, but that's considered a "kit" in California, so still illegal to ship. I can ship out of CA, though, as stated above.
