need help with a game king Frog Princess...adding coin mech and hopper

Hi gang....here is what i think i have and what i think i need.....

I have a Game King enhanced 044 board with Frog Princess as the program
it is set up TITO with no coin input or hopper

I installed a hopper and the coin unit and harness....everything plugged in just right.

I can't seem to enable the hopper or coin input....so i bet i need a key chip......

Which key chip should i get?  i am thinking 28?? or is it 40 i don't know

the game is also set for 1 credit=1 cent but i would be grateful for some advice as i am setting this up to take tokens....probably eliminating the bill acceptor and ticket printer.....also it looks like i am going to have to add some coin chutes and attach a coin tray..(which i have found)

You need key 28.  I'm not 100% sure, but whatever you set your base denomination to be, is the amount of credit you will receive.  But you will need to setup multi-denom I believe for this to work.  So set base denom to $100.  Then for every token, you get $100 credit, then you can just choose the lower denoms to play for a while with just the 1 coin.  To convert to coin you also need to look at the bottom part of your main door.  On true coinless machines, the whole are is covered by a plate, so there's no hole for the coins to come out of the hopper into the tray.  There's a plastic cover that replaces the plate which has the correct holes for the coins to come out of.  I don't have a picture of one with me, but I can post it when I get home.

thanks...i thought it was a 28 so i have one on order....i also ordered the coin chute that is underneath the coin optics.  i also ordered some small coin trays. ya i saw that cover and was wondering what goes in there....i haven't seen any covers floating around out there......so if you know where i can get them lemme know!

I spoke too soon, I don't know what cabinet type you have.  On my S2000 you need this plastic piece, because a "real" coinless machine comes with the hole where the coin comes out covered with a plate as shown on photo.  The third photo is the machine with the piece installed.

thanks for posting those pictures...ya i have a different cabinet....round top, there is a cover that i removed and i am wondering if this was meant just to have a light down there?  i wish i had a parts manual for this....i have been looking around for one but no luck yet.....
