new WMS Village People Party Printer STUCK!!!

was working fine..even printed one ticket... when my mom went to print a second ticket it is locked up in PRINTING TICKET VOUCHER mode.... I have all  buttons on my attendant screen EXCEPT the one for Cash records... so there is nothing that helps me print a test voucher or get rid of the payout that the machine wants to make.... when I close the machine up all seems fine but the printer never seems to kick in and print that hung voucher so the machine is worthless... is there a manual button to toggle fore a hand payout to reset the game..thank you sooo much.... first weekend and it wont work..trying to surprise friends tomorrow

What kind of machine is it? A Bluebird?


Do you have a TITO board installed inside the machine?


When you hit collect does it go into handpay mode? if so turn the key.

i do not, but the machine was working fine until it ran out of paper...i do not care if i ever print another voucher..i just want to reset the machine...it has never gone into nayting saying hand pay

With the doors shut turn the attendant/reset key.  What is it telling you in the upper right hand corner?

You said there is no paper in your printer? If there is none you need to stick a piece in there. The machine won't work without paper in the printer

Are you loading the paper with the squares on the edges facing up?

Do not load the paper with the "This side Up" logo facing up, this is for reinserting the paper into the validator.
