CRT Help Needed-Horizontal Size

I have a nice 13" CRT monitor. The horizontal size will not adjust. I have tried other fully working adjustment boards with no luck. Is this a cap on the chassis or an adjustment on one of the wheels on the chassis? ??? It's just a bit short on both sides as shown - Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated  Scratch Head

tatung monitor?  -c-19 (large cap next to flyback)  its non polar and hard to find,  so just use a polar 4.5 uf @100uf  azslots
