GK Printer

I just purchased a Game King and the old owner never used the printer. When I try to print I get an error and in diagnostics it says it has a tilt error. also i am unable to get the BV to take tickets. I am sure i have something wrong in the programming after i used the clear chip. Also i am very new to all of this so any programming tips would be great. I am pretty sure it is a 3902 board and in accounting it says the Game Program Set Version is G0002142. Thanks!

Ticket in won't work until you purchase and install the Bettor TITO board.

Basically ticket out works from the machine but ticket in requires validation from a central casino computer.
The bettor tito board fakes that function.

If your getting a tilt when cashing out its possible that you didn't disable your hopper when you installed the printer.

Hopper is disabled and i only get the tilt during diagnostics. when i hit the cash out i get a communication fault so i am pretty sure i have something wrong in the settings, most likely in the comm area, would you have an idea of what needs to be set to what in the comm and validation settings?
