The mechanical part of the reels are completely cleaned, from being seized up to functioning. Now, this the basic assembly of the reels. Now I am putting the parts on the reels cleaning them one piece at a time.

Next will be the wiring assembly, that will be a lot more work.

Getting the reels done. I am now having to adjust them, as usual. The wiring is in excellent condition, they just needed some cleaning, adjusting, the tape needed replacing. I have the in meter finished up, the winner meter is in the back of the cabinet. Both meters are factory installed.

Another problem is that the idiot who handled the reels didn't know s*it. #1 reel was the worst being bent. And that's from trying to put the reels in with a short fuse. I was able to straighten out everything, thankfully the glass surrounding concealed the reel issues, if not I'd be buying newer reels. But they are straight, running true.

Don't screw up! I put the hopper motor in wrong and the hopper wouldn't seat all of the way into the slot machine.   :banghead: :banghead:

Started on the upper unit jackpot assembly. I'm sifting through the wires, tracing down the location of each wire. Thankfully I have a duplicate machine to reference the wires.

The upper unit has some issues, some  :hissyfit: put in the wrong mounting screws for the electronics and tore up the cabinet floor. I ordered the correct screws for the upper unit.

The upper cabinet unit had some issues, thankfully I have another one that I can see what is incorrect and resolve it.

As usual, dirt and grime, all of the contacts were really bad, they needed a good cleaning.

The screws, bolts, are coming in the mail, I will be able to resolve the mounting issues with the different units.They used some: self taping, different, ugly screws, that don't match, that dug into the upper cabinet floor, I need to repair the floor.  :soapbox_3:
